Diane Gray

Diane Gray is a warm and experienced regional leader, board director, business coach, consultant and counsellor with a deep commitment to supporting people, organisations and communities to thrive.

Diane brings a practical and compassionate understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing rural and regional communities. Through her coaching and consulting work, she partners with business owners, executives and organisations to navigate change, strengthen teams, improve systems and build people-centred approaches to leadership, culture and organisational performance.

Diane has extensive board and governance experience across health, sport, business and regional development. She is currently a Director of Peel Health Care and Armidale Regional Chamber of Commerce. Her previous governance roles include Councillor at Armidale Regional Council, Director and Chair of the Northern Inland Academy of Sport, Director of Westhaven Ltd and President of the New England North West Regional Advisory Committee for Business NSW.

Diane holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England, with majors in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She also holds qualifications in counselling, management, training and assessment, and is currently completing a Master of Counselling while working as a counsellor.

Known for her kind, thoughtful and practical approach, Diane is passionate about strengthening rural and regional communities and supporting evidence-informed solutions that improve wellbeing, leadership, workforce capability and access to services for people living outside major metropolitan centres.
